Engelstalige online Training: Allergen & Precautionary Allergen Labelling (PAL)
This training offers clear guidance on the requirements of the new Dutch allergen policy for cross-contamination and Precautionary Allergen Labelling (PAL). You'll gain practical insights into key elements from the official guidelines on cross-contact of allergens — including preventive measures and risk assessment. By the end of the training, you'll have a solid understanding of the new regulatory expectations and the tools you need to implement an effective allergen policy within your own organization.
